Bu politika, soip+ TV uygulamasının ve soip.app web sitesinin (birlikte “soip+”) hangi verileri işlediğini, neden işlediğini ve ne kadar sakladığını açıklar. Sorularını ve taleplerini support@soip.app adresine yazabilirsin.
Kısaca
- soip+ bir oynatıcıdır; yayın, kanal ya da içerik sağlamaz. Yalnızca senin eklediğin M3U ve Xtream listelerini oynatır.
- Hesap açmazsın; adını, e-postanı ya da telefon numaranı istemeyiz.
- Cihazın, TV'nin MAC adresiyle (okunamazsa uygulamanın ürettiği rastgele bir kimlikle) tanınır. Ücretsiz deneme ve Pro plan bu kimliğe bağlıdır.
- Listelerin ve şifrelerin TV'nde, şifreli olarak saklanır. Telefondan gönderdiğin bir liste sunucumuzdan yalnızca geçer: şifrelenir, en fazla 10 dakika bekler, TV aldığı anda silinir.
- Ödemeyi Lemon Squeezy alır; kart bilgini biz görmeyiz.
- Reklam, izleme, analitik ya da veri satışı yoktur.
1. TV'nde kalan veriler
Eklediğin listeler (liste adresi, Xtream sunucu adresi, kullanıcı adı ve şifre), içe aktarılan kanal ve içerik bilgileri, favoriler, izleme ilerlemesi ve ayarlar yalnızca TV'nde saklanır. Liste bilgileri, cihazda üretilen ve dışarı aktarılamayan bir anahtarla şifrelenir. Bu veriler sunucumuza gönderilmez. Bir yayını oynattığında TV'n doğrudan senin liste sağlayıcının sunucusuna bağlanır; o sağlayıcının veri uygulamalarından soip+ sorumlu değildir.

Liste adresleri, kullanıcı adları ve şifreler hiçbir zaman sunucu kayıtlarına (log) yazılmaz ve web adreslerinin içine konmaz.
3. Ödemeler
Pro satın alımları soip.app/buy üzerinden Lemon Squeezy tarafından alınır. Lemon Squeezy satışın yasal satıcısıdır (Merchant of Record): adını, e-postanı, fatura adresini ve kart bilgilerini kendisi işler, vergi ve faturalandırmayı yürütür. Bu bilgiler bize ulaşmaz; Lemon Squeezy bize yalnızca sipariş numarasını, ödemenin durumunu ve satın alımın hangi cihaz kimliği için yapıldığını bildirir. Satın alım yalnızca ödeme yapılan MAC adresli TV için geçerlidir ve başka bir TV'ye taşınamaz.
4. Hizmet sağlayıcılar ve yurt dışına aktarım
- Vercel Inc. (ABD): soip.app'in ve sunucu fonksiyonlarının barındırılması. Vercel, her istek için IP adresi, zaman ve istenen adres gibi teknik kayıtları kısa süre tutar.
- Redis (Vercel üzerinden sağlanan veritabanı): yukarıdaki sunucu verilerinin saklanması.
- Lemon Squeezy (Stripe şirketler grubu): ödemeler.
Bu sağlayıcılar verileri Birleşik Krallık, Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı ve Türkiye dışında, özellikle ABD'de işleyebilir. Bu aktarımlar sağlayıcıların standart sözleşme maddeleri ve benzeri güvenceleriyle yapılır.
5. Çerezler ve izleme
soip.app çerez kullanmaz; reklam, analitik ya da üçüncü taraf izleme aracı yoktur. Tarayıcında yalnızca seçtiğin dil (Türkçe/İngilizce) cihazında saklanır.
6. Hukuki dayanak
Birleşik Krallık GDPR'ı, AB GDPR'ı ve 6698 sayılı KVKK kapsamında verileri şu dayanaklarla işleriz: hizmeti sunmak ve satın aldığın Pro'yu uygulamak için sözleşmenin ifası; hizmeti kötüye kullanıma karşı korumak için meşru menfaat; ödeme kayıtları için yasal yükümlülük.
7. Hakların
Verilerine erişme, düzeltilmesini ya da silinmesini isteme, işlenmesine itiraz etme veya kısıtlanmasını ve taşınmasını isteme hakkın vardır. Bunun için TV'nin MAC adresiyle (soip+ açılış ekranında “MAC / Cihaz kimliği” altında yazar) support@soip.app adresine yaz. Cihaz kaydını silersek o cihazdaki Pro ve deneme bilgisi de silinir. Birleşik Krallık'taysan ICO'ya, AB'deysen kendi veri koruma otoritene, Türkiye'deysen KVKK Kurulu'na şikâyette bulunabilirsin.
8. Çocuklar
soip+ 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve onlardan bilerek veri toplamaz.
9. Güvenlik
Tüm bağlantılar HTTPS ile şifrelenir. Telefondan gönderilen listeler sunucuda şifreli bekletilir, cihaz anahtarlarının yalnızca özetleri saklanır ve ödemeler yalnızca Lemon Squeezy'nin imzalı bildirimiyle işlenir.

This policy explains what data the soip+ TV app and the soip.app website (together “soip+”) process, why, and for how long. Send questions and requests to support@soip.app.
In short
- soip+ is a player. It provides no streams, channels or content; it only plays the M3U and Xtream playlists you add.
- There is no account. We don't ask for your name, email or phone number.
- Your device is identified by the TV's MAC address (or, if it can't be read, a random ID the app generates). The free trial and the Pro plan are tied to that ID.
- Your playlists and passwords are stored encrypted on your TV. A playlist you send from your phone only passes through our server: it is encrypted, waits at most 10 minutes, and is deleted as soon as the TV receives it.
- Payments are taken by Lemon Squeezy; we never see your card.
- No ads, no tracking, no analytics, no selling of data.
1. Data that stays on your TV
The playlists you add (playlist URL, Xtream server address, username and password), imported channel and catalogue data, favourites, watch progress and settings are stored only on your TV. Playlist details are encrypted with a key generated on the device that cannot be exported. None of this is sent to our server. When you play a stream, your TV connects directly to your playlist provider's server; soip+ is not responsible for that provider's data practices.

Playlist URLs, usernames and passwords are never written to server logs and never placed in web addresses.
3. Payments
Pro purchases at soip.app/buy are taken by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record: it processes your name, email, billing address and card details and handles tax and invoicing. That information does not reach us; Lemon Squeezy only tells us the order number, the payment status and which device ID the purchase is for. See the Lemon Squeezy Privacy Policy for details.
A purchase is valid only for the TV with the MAC address it was bought for and cannot be moved to another TV.
4. Service providers and international transfers
- Vercel Inc. (USA): hosting for soip.app and its server functions. Vercel briefly keeps technical request logs such as IP address, time and requested URL.
- Redis (database provided through Vercel): storage for the server data listed above.
- Lemon Squeezy (part of the Stripe group): payments.
These providers may process data outside the UK, the European Economic Area and Türkiye, in particular in the USA. Such transfers rely on the providers' standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards.
5. Cookies and tracking
soip.app uses no cookies and no advertising, analytics or third-party tracking. Your browser stores only your chosen language (Turkish/English) on your device.
6. Legal basis
Under the UK GDPR, the EU GDPR and Turkish law no. 6698 (KVKK), we process data on these grounds: performance of a contract, to provide the service and apply the Pro you bought; legitimate interests, to protect the service from abuse; and legal obligation, for payment records.
7. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to its processing, or ask for it to be restricted or ported. Email support@soip.app with your TV's MAC address (shown under “MAC / Device ID” on the soip+ start screen). If we delete a device record, the Pro and trial information for that device is deleted too. If you are in the UK you can complain to the ICO; in the EU, to your local data protection authority; in Türkiye, to the KVKK Board.
8. Children
soip+ is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.
9. Security
All connections are encrypted with HTTPS. Playlists sent from a phone are kept encrypted on the server, only hashes of device keys are stored, and payments are applied only from Lemon Squeezy's signed notifications.
10. Changes
If we update this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
